Meet The Prime Design Homes Team

Jacob Hartley

President

Jacob started his career in real estate in June of 2008. Through the economic downturn, Jacob built his career around representing a network of investors, developers, and landowners as well as selling distressed and non-performing assets for various financial institutions in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties totaling over 100 million in real estate transactions. In 2015 Jacob co-founded Prime Design Homes with the vision of bringing people together who share the same values and possess a passion for making a positive impact within their community in order to challenge housing’s status quo throughout the Gulf Coast.

Jacob is a Mobile native. While attending college in Auburn, Jacob went on to join the United States Marine Corps as an infantry reservist where he served with Lima Company 3rd Battalion 23rd Marines, in Montgomery, AL.

Jacob is married to his wife, Laura. They have two daughters, Olivia and Reese, and a son, Knox. In his downtime, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors. Jacob and his family are members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Heather Ralson

Office Manager

My name is Heather Ralson, my journey began in the Air Force, where I proudly served and earned accolades for my dedication and commitment. Transitioning from military life, I chose to further my education at Auburn University, driven by a quest for knowledge and personal growth. After completing my degree, I found myself drawn to Mobile, a city that captured my heart with its charm and warmth. Away from the professional realm, I am passionate about art, music, and self-expression. Creativity has always been a driving force in my life, providing a unique outlet for personal exploration. Additionally, my love for animals knows no bounds; I find solace and joy in their companionship. In every facet of my life, whether it’s my commitment to education, my dedication to work, or my love for the arts and animals, I strive to bring enthusiasm, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose.
