Raised in Semmes, Teresa studied communication, finance, and management at the University of South Alabama. She began her career in the mortgage industry as an assistant after earning her Alabama real estate license. This offered her the unique opportunity to learn the business from both a sales and operations side, giving Teresa a more complete grasp of the mortgage process.

Teresa and her two daughters reside in Midtown Mobile. She has a heart for service and has previously served on the Semmes City Council, the Semmes Planning Commission, and the American Cancer Society Leadership Council.
